What's up, everyone! Today I hit one year in the mission. 365 days ago, I started this journey, and it has been the greatest thing to ever happen in my life. The experiences I've had and people I have met until now truly have changed my life. I couldn't be more grateful for this gospel and the opportunity to teach others about Jesus Christ. It is without a doubt hard but the most rewarding experience. I say it time and time again but there is nowhere else in the world I would rather be than here in Brazil serving a mission.
On June 13, 2022, Elder Jaxon Copeland began his two-year missionary service for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This blog is intended for those who want to share his experiences for the next two years as he serves the Lord and the people of the Brazil Porto Alegre North Portuguese Speaking Mission.

Week 52- June 12, 2023
This week I've done a bunch of reflecting on my first year and how much I've grown as a person! The mission is a time where you give everything you have to help others and become the best follower of Christ. I cannot wait to see what the next year has in store and to get after it.
This week was awesome and full of things that remind me how grateful and blessed I am to be a part of Christ's church. Thank you everyone for the continual support back home!
Send me emails! Elder Copeland
